Cornhole is a lawn game in which players take turns throwing bags of corn at a raised platform with a hole in the far end. Anyone who has ever played, though, will tell you it’s much more than that; it’s a fun but cut-throat competition! Now, you can spice up the party with this custom made, one-of-a-kind set. It’s been lovingly and carefully crafted by a Montrose dad to American Cornhole Association specifications (and, yes, there is such a thing). What makes this one special? It features handprints of Montrose students, a wonderful reminder of the way Montrose touches every girl and every family.

To quote Jane Austen, “To sit in the shade on a beautiful day and look high over the lush green hills is the best way to relax and rest.”
I’m not sure how much sitting you’ll do when there’s the Tuscan countryside to explore, but you can do it from the private terrace of your own apartment. The gorgeous Villa Fabbroni has hosted many groups of Montrose students as they explore “In the Footsteps of Dante” and is now offering two lucky guests 5 days and 4 nights in Tuscany.
Your quaint Portico apartment includes a living room, kitchen area with all amenities, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a private terrace. Wood-beam ceilings and antique-style furnishings adorn this apartment. Your adventure will include dinner and wine one evening and a complete cooking class with dinner and wine on a separate night, both in the villa’s exclusive restaurant. Situated in the oldest part of the villa the restaurant retains the ambience of a typical Tuscan wine cellar with arched brick ceilings and stone walls, where wine was once fermented in large chestnut barrels. In addition to amenities you’d expect, like a pool, the villa also has its own olive grove and vineyard.
From your villa in San Polo, you can explore the area and take in the magnificence of the Tuscan countryside. Florence, with the awe-inspiring Duomo, Sienna and San Gimignano are all within a reasonable drive. You know that dream you’ve had of touring Tuscany? Make it a reality tonight!
Available for 4 mutually agreeable nights in May, June or September.
Finally, an outdoor inflatable attraction for adults! Imagine this at your next neighborhood block party or your summer barbecue -- and you don’t have to be Irish to enjoy it! This is a full size, inflatable Irish Pub that will accommodate about 50 people. Your party comes with 5 cases of Sam Adams beer, Irish whiskey, wine, and a gift card to purchase your party fare. What’s an Irish pub without Irish music? You’ll get a DJ for 4 hours to keep things lively. How can you pass this up?
* Includes bar, 6 cocktail tables & $100 delivery & setup credit
